Who this is for

Owners and managers of small and mid-size businesses whose team repeats the same actions every week (billing, data entry, follow-up, reports) and who want to know whether automating them pays off.

Some tasks are not worth automating.

A rare task, or one that changes every time, costs more to automate than to do by hand. The calculator tells you: if the gain is small, keep the task manual and spend your energy elsewhere. We would rather say so before you invest.

Frequently asked questions

How is the cost of a repetitive task calculated?

We multiply the task time by its frequency and by the number of people, add the time spent fixing errors, then apply the team's hourly rate. The calculator does it for you.

Which hourly rate should I use?

The real cost of the employee to the business: salary, benefits and payroll costs. If you do not know it, use the hourly wage and add a margin for benefits.

Are my numbers sent anywhere?

No. The numbers you enter stay in your browser. Only your contact details, asked once to display the result and the guide, are saved.

Is the result a quote?

No, it is a starting estimate. It helps you decide whether a task deserves a closer look.
