This policy explains what personal information we collect on this site, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights.

Group Crazy Pineapple Inc. ("we") is a software, automation and app development agency based in Québec City. This policy applies to groupcrazypineapple.com, including the free resources (online calculator and PDF guides).
The person in charge of the protection of personal information is the person with the highest authority at Group Crazy Pineapple Inc. (title: management).

When you request a resource (display the calculator result or download a PDF guide), you give us:
When you write or call us (email, phone, WhatsApp, Messenger), we receive the information you choose to send.
When you visit the site, statistics tools automatically collect technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, origin and visit length (see section 6).
What we do not receive: the numbers you enter in the calculator stay in your browser. They are not sent to our servers.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We ask for your consent with a checkbox, before saving your details. You can withdraw it at any time: click the unsubscribe link in any of our emails, or write to us. Withdrawing does not affect use that took place before.
Our emails comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL): they state who sends them and how to unsubscribe.
To run the site and our communications, we use the providers below. Some are located outside Québec or Canada, so your information may be processed there. We only send them what their role requires, and each is bound by its own data protection commitments.

The site also links to WhatsApp, Messenger, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. These services belong to third parties and follow their own policies.
Google Analytics uses cookies to tell visitors apart and measure traffic. You can refuse or delete them in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
We also use your browser's local storage to remember your language and that you already requested a resource, so we do not ask for your details again.
We keep your details as long as needed for the purposes above, and for no more than 3 years after our last exchange, unless you ask for deletion sooner. They are then destroyed or anonymized.
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to contact lists is limited to authorized people and protected by a code. No method is foolproof: if an incident presented a risk of serious harm, we would notify the Commission d'accès à l'information and the people concerned.

This site is meant for businesses and their managers. We do not knowingly collect information about people under 14.
We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. If a change is important, we will say so on the site.
