Your project brief on one page

Three agencies, three prices with nothing in common: most of the time, each one answered a different description. Describe your project once, clearly, and send the same document to everyone. A PDF guide comes with the tool.

Who this is for

Owners and managers of small and mid-size businesses who want software, an app, an automation or a website, and are about to ask for quotes without knowing how to describe the need.

A good brief may lead you to choose an agency other than us.

If you send the same document to several agencies, you will see who asks real questions and who simply hands back a number. We would rather be compared on clear terms. And if your need can be solved with an existing tool, the page will show you before you spend anything.

Frequently asked questions

Why only one page?

Because a page can be read in five minutes and forces you to choose what matters. A twenty-page document often describes solutions, not the problem.

Do I have to state my budget?

That is your call. The field is free text: you can write a range, a ceiling or "to discuss." A stated budget helps the agency propose a realistic version of the solution.

Are my answers sent anywhere?

No. What you write stays in your browser. Only your contact details, asked once to display the document and the guide, are saved.

Is this a quote or a contract?

No. It is a starting document to get comparable quotes. It commits you to nothing.

Your page is ready?

Send it to us, along with the other agencies' if you like. We reply with questions and an honest read, even if the answer is "an existing tool is enough."
