Who this is for

Owners and managers of small businesses (clinics, construction, retail, transport, professional services) who want to save time with AI without putting their customers' data at risk.

AI gets things wrong, and it does not replace your judgment.

An AI tool can invent a fact, a quote or a number with great confidence. The prompts in this resource give you a good first draft, never a text to send as is. And you never paste personal information into them: this is not legal advice, but caution is the rule (Québec's Law 25).

Frequently asked questions

Do these prompts work with every AI tool?

Yes, with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or a similar tool. Results vary from one tool to another: try the same prompt in two tools if the result disappoints you.

Can I paste my customers' emails into them?

No, not as they are. Remove names, contact details, file numbers and any detail that identifies a person, or replace them with markers like [CUSTOMER A]. This is not legal advice: check your practices with an advisor.

What are the [brackets] in the prompts?

They are the spots to replace with your own information: industry, tone, audience, offer. The more precisely you fill them in, the better the result.

Are my answers or data sent to Group Crazy Pineapple?

No. The prompts are displayed in your browser and what you write in your AI tool never goes through us. Only your contact details, asked once to display the prompts and the guide, are saved.
